Now we know,

I posted this antique store find months ago. I did a little research and I think I know where it came from. Apparently this crest belongs to the HMS Hecate, which was a Royal Navy deep ocean survey vessel. "She who works from afar," indeed. Perhaps now, I understand what that dream meant: I was being torn and destroyed by the propeller of a ship at sea. I felt the pain of my legs being cut off and the thud of the huge blades slicing into me.

This plaque means so much to me, and I know that finding it was NOT a coincidence. It is a physical reminder of Her, always.

  2. That's such an awesome find! And it totally can't be coincidence. How many of those crests would just be lying about in antique stores?
